MARKETING & SALES SUPPORT

Generating business is one of the most critical components to growing a successful dealership. That’s why we provide our dealers with the tools and support they need to successfully market their own business. The Hague Marketing Guide offers creative media and lead-generating strategies, as well as advertising tips and suggestions for profit builders, such as attending home shows, fairs and displays. To help our dealers accurately define their products and services, we provide them with a marketing and communications plan that is easy to personalize and follow.

AVAILABILITY OF REGIONAL MANAGERS

Hague Quality Water® offers many opportunities to its dealers and staff for personal and professional growth. The Regional Manager (RM) serves as the liaison to the Hague corporate headquarters. RMs are available to offer advice and support on subjects such as business management, sales training, hiring, improvements to your facility, customer service and business education. RMs visit and call their dealers regularly and are always available for consultation.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND AVAILABILITY

Hague Quality Water® provides a Technical Guide to all dealers. This guide provides basic and technical information about Hague water softening, equipment, media, service and installation. Many dealers find it beneficial to keep on hand for easy reference.

HAGUE UNIVERSITY SERVICE SCHOOL

The Hague University Service School is an intensive course designed for dealers, Service Managers, and service technicians. The program addresses the following topics:

  • Build Master Reference

The sessions are conducted at Hague headquarters in Groveport, Ohio.
